 General information about his works) Mester Twin Motor and Transformer to be the cornerstone of power generation transmission or distribution system.     1) Generator       An electrical machine that converts mechanical power into electrical power. In particular, it is connected to the power generation center and the A.C. (A.C.) Machine This device is also called alternator. Its capacity is KVA. (KVA). 2) turbine      Power generation is an important device connected to the house that converts the kinetic energy obtained from water, steam, etc. into mechanical energy. The turbine is coupled to the rotor of the generator which generates electricity from the generator when the rotor is rotated. There are two main types of turbines: 1. Impulse turbine It is mainly used in high head / low discharge production houses. This includes Pelton turbine. 2. Reaction turbine: It is mainly a product of Medium & Low Head and High / Medium Dis...

Hypertext markup Language

  Introduction

The HyperText Markup Language (HTML) is the markup language developed by British computer scientist Timothy Berners-Lee in 1990 AD. The HTML is used to prepare web pages of web site. It is not the codes or tags that describe the format and layout of text, image, etc. in a web page. A web page can be prepared in any text editor like Notepad, Text pad, etc. You can also prepare web pages using web authoring software like Microsoft FrontPage, Macromedia Dreamweaver, etc.

Web Terminologies:

1)Web page                                                                     A web page is a page that contains   information on any topic or subject. The information in web page is presented by using different media like text, images, audio, video and animation. The contents of web page can be accessed through a web browser and displayed on a client computer. A web page is also known as HTML document. A web page may have many hyperlinks. When you invoke a hyperlink it opens the linked page.

2)Web site                                                                               A collection of related web pages stored on a web server is known as web site. A web site has unique Internet Address or Uniform Resource Locator (URL). A typical web site address looks like: http://www.google.com The first component i.e. http (HyperText Transfer Protocol) is the language that allows web browser to communicate between web client and web server. The second component, l.e. www.google.com, identifies the web server that stores the information you seek.

   3)   Web server                                                          A computer on the World Wide Web that stores web sites is known as a Web Server. When a client computer requests a web site through web browser, the web server searches the information within its file system and sends the requested web pages of web site to client computer and the web browser displays the formatted document on the monitor.

4)World Wide Web:

World Wide Web is the one of the popular services of the Internet. It is also called Web. The WWW service of the Internet can be accessed by a web browser using hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP). Millions of web servers are interconnected with each other in the web which provides information on various topics or subjects. So, the WWW is the collection of web servers.

5)Web Browser

A web browser is a program that runs on the client computer and displays information of the web pages on the client computer. Windows Internet Explorer, Opera, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Netscape Navigator are some popular web browsers.                                                                                                          6)Search Engine                                                                     A special web site that helps to search information on the web sites on the basis of keyword is known as Search Engine. The popular search engines are www.yahoo.com, www.bing.com, www.google.com, www. atavista.com, etc.

 HTML ELEMENTS AND HTML MARKUP TAGS:                                                                 A HTML document is composed of HTML elements. A HTML tag.contain a start tag, some content or an end tag HTML markup tags are usually called HTML tags or codes. The html tags are the commands in HTML. The HTML tags are used to create web pages Each html tag or code describes how the text, picture or other contents can be displayed in a web page. HTML tags are surrounded by left angle bracket (<) and right angle bracket (>). The html tags are not case sensitive. There are two types of html tags. They are:

a. Container Tag (Paired Tag)                              b. Empty Tag (Singular Tag)

a. Container Tag  :A container tag has both starting (i.e. beginning) and closing tag, A container tag is also known as Paired tag. A starting tag is enclosed in the left angle bracket (<) and right angle bracket (>). The starting tag is also known as opening tag or on-code tag. The starting tag may have some attributes. A closing tag is enclosed in angular brackets with forward slash (/) before tag name. The closing tag is also known as ending tag or off-code. The closing tag does not have attribute. For example, a html tag BODY has opening tag as <BODY> and closing tag as </BODY>. The most of the HTML tags are container tags. <HTML>, <HEAD>, <TITLE> <BODY>, <B>, <U>, <I>, etc., are the container tags. A text or other tag that is needed to markup is enclosed in between starting tag and closing tag. The starting tag activates the effect and the  ending tag turns off the effect. The basic structure of container tag is as given below:                 <Tag_name>TEXT<\Tag name>                                                                          b) EMPTY TAG

An empty tag has only starting tag. It does not have ending tag. It is also known as stand-alone tag or singular tag. It does not enclose any text or tag. <BR>, <IMG> and <HR> are Empty tags. The basic structure of an Empty tag is as given below:

<TAG>

For example:

<BR>
